Instructional Assistant - ECS Classroom - the job duties for the Instructional Assistant in the ECS classroom include, but are not limited to: assisting the Exceptional Special Education Teacher carry out all classroom operations that include - classroom management, lesson design and delivery to meet the needs of all of the students, facilitate classroom activities in small groups and large groups, assist in the daily transitions of students from class-to-class, lunch, and physical education areas; assists meeting individual students' needs which can include, but are not limited to - social/emotional goals, academic goals, behavior goals, and health needs as outlined in the student's individual education plan and in accordance with the Special Education Teacher directives. Performs any duties required by school administration for the safe and orderly operations of the school.
